Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with the ability to coordinate and manage medical staff and patient care services related to Spravato (Esketamine) treatments.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage the schedules of medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
2. Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and training of new medical staff.
3. Oversee the administration of TMS and Spravato (Esketamine) treatments to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments.
5. Maintain accurate records of treatment administrations and patient responses.
6. Handle refills requests, patient messages for clinicians, and patient scheduling, including appointments for TMS and Spravato treatments.
7. Ensure all healthcare laws, regulations, and protocols are strictly followed by the medical staff.
8. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the medical staff.
9. Provide regular reports to the office management regarding staff performance and patient care.
10. Promote a supportive and team-oriented environment among the medical staff.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field if helpful.
2. Previous experience as a Medical Staff Coordinator or in a similar role in a healthcare setting.
3. Knowledge of TMS and Spravato (Esketamine) treatments is a significant advantage.
4. Exceptional leadership and management skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
8. Proficiency in healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
