Your role
1. Provide excellent customer experience to Videka customers via written and verbal
communication on orders and other business needs.
2. Train and support their direct report as the primary communicator with the customer and
accounting services for processing orders and ensuring accurate invoicing to the customer.
3. Primary customer service point of Contact for GKA
4. Escalation point of any issues and reporting of those issues to Product Director
5. Create and maintain sales records, month-end reporting, routine pricing, complaints and
requests. Track, monitor and seek resolution for customer complaints in coordination with
Quality Assurance.
Supply Chain & Co-Manufacturer Management
1. Responsible for all demand planning internally with Symrise GlobalS&OP and to our co-
manufacturers
2. Responsible for floor stock agreements, inventory levels and raw material contracting
with co-manufacturers. This includes running and owning any ongoing internal meetings
on these topics.
3. Work with Videka Product Director, Videka General Manager and Symrise Global
Sourcing as the liaison between this group and any RM contracts and our designated co-
manufacturers which include NAM, EAME and LATAM.
4. Work with Videka Global Regulatory to ensure co-manufacturer compliance
5. Point of contact on all Symrise/Videka internal warehousing (EAME and APAC)
Budgeting
1. Support Videka’s annual budgeting process for the global business, working with the
Videka General Manager and Videka Product Director as well as key stakeholders in each
of the regions
2. Support Symrise NAMs monthly data-cube and annual budgeting processes for all
business lines working with the NAM Sales Director, General Manager as well as other
key stakeholders
3. Collect, analyze, and report all 5 Year Road Map KPIs for the Videka business line
About you
Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant customer service plus
office administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a professional manner with
customers and co-workers by telephone, e-mail and in person and ability to work with other
departments to complete requests.
• Excellent MS Office 365 skills- MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive and
SharePoint.
Desired:
• Logistics - import/export experience for handling global orders,
• CRM – Salesforce experience or other experience
Equipment Operation:
• Ability to work at computer with related information/knowledge-based software.
Typing/keyboarding is essential.
• Ability to work with other office equipment, such as copiers and scanners
