Job Description
This role focuses on operating production processes to build finished service parts for automotive and industrial applications. You will work with detailed, recipe-style instructions to perform cutting, bending, end forming, crimping, and assembling of tubes and related components. Success in this position requires strong critical thinking, the ability to follow written instructions precisely, and the initiative to work independently while maintaining high quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities

- Follow detailed, recipe-style work instructions that specify materials, part numbers, quantities, and step-by-step procedures, including diagrams and pictures.
- Build finished parts efficiently while maintaining accuracy and adherence to all process steps and quality standards.
- Use common sense and critical thinking to interpret instructions, understand why tasks are performed in a certain way, and determine appropriate next steps without excessive supervision.
- Demonstrate initiative by attempting to solve straightforward issues independently before seeking assistance.
- Perform basic math calculations to determine required quantities and verify that all parts and materials match the instructions.
- Use hand tools and production equipment safely and correctly as part of the assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct quality inspections of parts, using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Learn and adapt quickly to changing part numbers and material requirements while following the same core processes.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with manufacturing safety guidelines and personal protective equipment requirements.
- Stand for extended periods and meet daily production goals while maintaining consistent quality.
Essential Skills

- Roles such as assembler, CNC operator, tube bender, quality technician, or experience building products like medical devices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience using a variety of hand tools in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
- Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and procedures.
- Comfort working with diagrams and visual work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
Why Work Here?
