As a Financial Professional in Training, you'll work alongside an experienced agent, build foundational knowledge, and gain the tools and licenses you need to thrive all in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities- Participate in our training and mentoring program, learning directly from experienced financial professionals
- Study and sit for licensing exams, fully sponsored by New York Life (life, health, and securities)
- Assist in delivering personalized financial guidance, insurance solutions, and planning strategies to clients
- Support and observe client meetings, presentations, and financial planning discussions
- Build and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Develop your own client base with guidance from your mentor and local team
- Stay current on industry products, compliance standards, and market trends
- Represent New York Life with integrity, professionalism, and client-first service
- Strong interest in financial services, personal finance, or client advising
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to build a long-term career
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to obtain required licenses and certifications
- Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
