Active Michigan Medical License
BLS & ACLS Certifications
Local Provider Only
Clean Malpractice & License History - Highly Preferred Practice Setting
Hospital-based
Level I Trauma Center
Average Cases Per Day: 8
Patient Demographic: Primarily Adult (frequent geriatric)
Team Structure: 3-physician / 2-APP IR team Procedures Required
Angioplasty
Stent placement
Embolization
Needle biopsy
Thrombolysis
UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)
Additional: Ortho, Gyn, Urology cases
