responsibilities:
- Strategy & Delivery: Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities aligned with measurable business outcomes. Lead pilots from initial prototype through to scalable, supportable operations.
- AI Enablement: Drive the responsible deployment of tools like Microsoft Copilot. Create reusable assets, including prompt libraries and standardized workflows, to accelerate company-wide adoption.
- Governance & Ethics: Establish "lightweight" guardrails for AI usage, focusing on data privacy, ethics, and security without stifling innovation.
- Change Management: Partner with cross-functional teams (Data/BI, Infrastructure, and Security) to coordinate training and communications, helping employees embrace AI-driven workflows.
- Measurement: Define and track success metrics and KPIs to prove the value realization of AI initiatives.
- Mentorship: Directly supervise and develop an IT Intern and specialized contractors to support innovation projects.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or equivalent professional experience. - 3-5 years of experience delivering technology initiatives (AI, analytics, automation, or platform implementations) within a business environment. - Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical business leaders. - Experience leading technical pilots from concept through implementation, including change management. - Practical understanding of data privacy, information security concepts, and technology risk. - Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments. - Preferred
