Mental Health Counselor/Therapist - Remote | WFH

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to:

Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, medical personnel, and community resources to provide holistic and comprehensive care.
Grow Professionally: Participate in ongoing supervision and training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health counseling.
Promote Mental Wellness: Engage in community outreach and education efforts to raise awareness about mental health and reduce stigma.
Offer Crisis Support: Provide timely and effective crisis intervention and support to clients in need.

What We're Looking For:

A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.
An active and unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in Michigan.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience is highly valued.
Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques, demonstrating a commitment to evidence-based practice.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices is a plus.
A strong commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
