About Us
K&D Auto Spa is a high end detail shop that specializes in PPF, ceramic coating, paint correction, window tint, and full detailing. Fast-paced shop with quality-focused customers and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Fast contact close leads (in-person, phone, walk-ins).
• Follow up with current and past leads
• Provide product/service consultations and accurate quotes.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on estimates.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales metrics.
• Educate customers on PPF, ceramic coatings, warranties, and maintenance.
• Support marketing initiatives and upsell complementary services.
• Highly motivated to gain more clients
• Cold calling is not required
• Leads will be provided on a consistent basis

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ year sales experience (automotive/detailing experience preferred).
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable with targets and commission-based pay.
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance.
• Ability to learn product specs and demonstrate value to customers.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with PPF/coatings/tint sales or detailing background.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms.
