Lighthouse Electrical Service is seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to help lead and support our growing company.


This is a hands-on leadership position. We are looking for someone with strong electrical contracting experience who can actively support electricians in the field while also helping manage daily operations, quoting, project coordination, and communication between the field and office.


Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting and overseeing field electricians
• Assisting with troubleshooting and technical job issues
• Quoting electrical work and reviewing project scope
• Meeting with project managers, contractors, builders, and customers
• Answering technical and operational questions from office staff
• Coordinating scheduling and daily field operations
• Monitoring job quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Assisting with permits, inspections, and project timelines
• Helping improve operational systems and workflow

Requirements:

• Must have experience as an electrical contractor, master electrician, or senior electrical field supervisor
• Strong residential and commercial electrical knowledge
• Ability to support electricians in the field when needed
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with quoting, troubleshooting, and project coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
