We are seeking an experienced and skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Journey Plumber License​​​​​ (State of Michigan)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial plumbing is required.
• Thorough understanding of plumbing systems, codes, regulations, and installation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and maneuvering in various work environments.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair various plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and gas systems, in accordance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
• Assemble, install, and maintain various plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and water heaters.
• Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, defects, and other issues, diagnosing problems and making necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians, HVAC technicians, and carpenters, to ensure proper integration of plumbing systems with other building components.
