The Role

• Document technical issues and provide feedback on User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) responsiveness.

• Collaborate with development teams by providing clear, reproducible bug reports via mobile testing frameworks.

• Evaluate game balance, difficulty curves, and monetization flow to optimize player retention and engagement.

What You'll Need

• Must own a modern smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android) capable of running high-performance mobile applications.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot minute graphical artifacts or mechanical inconsistencies.

• Strong written communication skills to articulate technical issues and gameplay feedback clearly.

• Ability to manage time effectively and commit to a consistent 5-10 hour weekly schedule.
