Able to lift 50 lbs and handle general maintenance duties
Bonus points if youve got experience with pool upkeep, landscaping, or property maintenance

What Youll Do (A Day in the Life)
Keep outdoor and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming
Assist with light repairs, maintenance tasks, and furniture moving
Help prepare units for new residents during turnover season
Maintain tools and supplies in a safe, organized manner
Support trash removal and help ensure curb appeal is always on point
Pitch in with team events, emergencies, or resident support when needed
Take pride in creating an environment people are proud to call home

What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required
Open availability, including some weekends
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation and phone
Pool upkeep knowledge is a plus
Prior grounds, landscaping, janitorial, or property experience preferred
