Sr. Professional Services Consultant - Microsoft Technologies
- Performs implementations of overall solutions for customers, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.
- Develops Logicalis standards for scoping, documentation, and implementations.
- As a subject matter expert, provides guidance, assistance and recommendations to determine new technical services and solutions for client's business
- Leads project teams to deliver successful implementations.
- Performs expert integration and customized consulting services.

- Works directly with client to gather requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts and implementations solutions.
- Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis' clients.
- Works with RMO and PMO in scheduling and managing engagements.
- Works with Logicalis' clients to perform assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning.
- Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement activities on occasion.
- Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.
- Builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.
- Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation management.
- Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
- Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
- Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including design, consulting, implementation, migration, and support in mid-market and enterprise environments, with demonstrated strength in:
- Identity & Access (Microsoft Entra ID): tenant identity configuration, authentication methods, Conditional Access, MFA/SSPR, identity governance concepts, and hybrid identity integration where applicable; including Active Directory and on-premises implementations and migrations.
- Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune): device enrollment and management across Windows and mobile platforms; configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint security management.
- Microsoft 365 Core Workloads : Exchange Online and hybrid messaging, Microsoft Teams (including governance and administration), SharePoint Online/OneDrive, and related M365 tenant administration and service integration.
- Security, Compliance & Data Protection : Microsoft Purview capabilities (information protection/DLP/retention concepts), and familiarity with Microsoft Defender components relevant to Modern Workplace projects.
- Migrations & Tooling : Microsoft 365 migrations (Exchange/identity/content), and experience with tools such as Quest On Demand Migration, MigrationWiz, and ShareGate (as applicable to project scope).
- Automation : strong PowerShell scripting skills for administration, migration, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Consultative delivery : requirements gathering, solution design, documentation (LLD/as-built), stakeholder communication, risk identification, and knowledge transfer.
- Two or more of the following:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)
- Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate (SC-401)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- Excellent written and verbal skills; confidently and professionally interacts with external clients and internal teams.
- Ability to consult with client in-depth to ascertain and define need or requirements for the scope of work required to obtain solution.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding time and prioritization management; multitasks to accommodate requests from multiple clients and internal requests.
- Outstanding problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills. Ability to manage very complex projects.
- Maintains excellent client relationships and high client satisfaction ratings.
- Ability to travel nationally to meet with clients.
- Participates proactively in own career development.
