Responsibilities
Assist in continuing to improve the Brilliant Ideas platform.
Review and vet submitted ideas to ensure successful implementation.
Manage and analyze data to provide insightful reporting to stakeholders.
Collaborate directly with Brilliant Idea Decision Makers across all business units to execute ideas.
Serve as a vital part of the Innovation team by identifying and implementing advanced innovation solutions.
Maintain regular reporting and processes, such as creating Uzone posts, awarding lightbulbs, and managing Brilliant Ideas-related projects like the Innovation Program.
Qualifications
Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Innovation, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in innovation, project management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering innovation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
