Red Oak Management Co. is seeking a dedicated Affordable Housing Site Manager - Property Manager to join our team in Detroit, MI in a full-time capacity. PAY : $18–$24 per hour, based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in affordable housing site and property management
• Fair housing training or certification
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Understanding of housing compliance rules and regulations is a plus!

SCHEDULE : This is a full-time position with shifts scheduled within standard business hours, with daily dispatch from home to your assigned Detroit-area property.

In this role, you'll guide prospective residents through the application process, ensuring clarity and support, and build trust with current residents by addressing concerns quickly and professionally. As you oversee maintenance and property conditions, you'll ensure everything stays clean, safe, and welcoming. Throughout the year, you'll manage recertifications to keep residents compliant and secure in their homes.
