Job Description

Seeking a skilled Millwright Foreman to add to our team. This role consists of installing and servicing machinery and equipment in various industrial facilities throughout West Michigan. This individual will be responsible for leading a crew, rigging equipment, and performing mechanical maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely move machinery of all sizes.
• Complete rigging projects with large stamping presses, weld cells, assembly cells, fixtures, and mezzanines.
• Operate gantry, overhead, and mobile cranes.
• Operate forklifts ranging from 3 tons to 40 tons.
• Lead crews on both small and large projects.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• ~5 years of industrial rigging experience.
• Ability to operate equipment including gantries, overhead cranes, and mobile cranes.
• Industrial maintenance or Millwright experience.
• Ability to lead crews
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel throughout West Michigan.
• CDL Class A preferred but not required.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Double time on Sundays, holiday pay plus double time on holiday, blue cross blue shield with low premiums (35/month for self, 60-120/month family), 8 holidays, Christmas bonus (1yr -40hr check, 2yrs plus -80 hour check), 401k and company matches 20% and will buy company stock. in 2015 was 5.47/share and in 2021 was $74.47/share.
Company vehicles and will give 3 weeks PTO if needed.
$2500 sign on bonus - 1000 after 30 and 1500 after 90.
