What You'll Be Doing:

Originate Mortgage Loans: Generate loan volume from inbound leads, existing portfolios, and outbound campaigns.
Guide Clients Through the Process: Take applications, analyze client income/debt, and submit loan applications for processing.
Build Relationships: Make outbound calls and follow up on existing portfolios to retain accounts.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries.
Find the Right Solutions: Interview applicants to understand their goals and recommend appropriate products, terms, and pricing.
Meet and Exceed Goals: Achieve department and individual sales/production targets.
Ensure Smooth Processing: Secure necessary documents for processing, underwriting, and closing in a timely manner.
Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and comply with all company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:

NMLS License (required).
1+ year of phone sales experience in the mortgage industry (refinance and purchase market).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data.
A professional and effective approach.
Ability to meet required hours of operation.
