HVAC Technician - Service, Installation & Preventative Maintenance
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform complete HVAC system installations
- Conduct preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Ensure all work meets local code and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with RTU's, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and duct systems
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
