About the role
We’re seeking a hands-on technician in Marysville, MI who can own CNC and production equipment setups from start to finish—ensuring every run launches safely, on time, and to spec.
Core responsibilities- Configure, align, and calibrate machinery per job travelers and production specifications.
- Execute routine maintenance; diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly.
- Oversee machine cycles to safeguard quality, safety, and throughput.
- Collaborate with production leads to achieve output goals and meet deadlines.
- Document offsets, parameters, and adjustments for quality and process control.
- Help train and mentor new operators on safe, effective machine operation.
- Keep the work area organized and clean to support safe, efficient operations.
- High school diploma/GED required; technical coursework or certification preferred.
- Prior machine setup or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- Comfort reading technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Precision-focused with a commitment to quality.
- Team-oriented communicator.
- Open to flexible scheduling and overtime as needed.
