Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team and help grow our Proven Winners liner programs throughout the western region of the United States.
This fully remote position will report to the Proven Winners location in Carleton, Proven Winners is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to help grow sales of our products and programs across assigned grower, retailer, and landscape accounts. This role will build strong customer relationships through communication via phone, email, video, and other digital engagement, while managing inbound opportunities, outbound outreach, and account growth initiatives.
This position will work closely with multiple teams across the company to support customers, promote Proven Winners programs, and drive sales growth. This position will focus on retail-ready sales in Michigan as well as small-volume liners and retail-ready for Indiana and Ohio. This fully remote position will join our Sales team and report to the Proven Winners location in Carleton, Michigan.
Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred. Horticulture industry knowledge is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work with the leading brand in the horticulture industry.
