Shift/Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift 7am-9am Flex schedule start with overtime as needed

Pay Range: $28.00 – $36.00/hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Controls / Mechanical Technicians to support CNC machining operations across multiple departments. These roles require highly skilled technicians with both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise —particularly within CNC environments. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of machining systems to ensure optimal uptime, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machining centers (Honor, Cincinnati, Hyundai, Kenrie, Okuma, Toyota, and Mitsubishi systems)
• Perform diagnostic checks on control systems and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Utilize ladder logic to diagnose and correct system faults (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Siemens controls)
• Execute and document preventative maintenance (PM) procedures per manufacturer recommendations
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
• Complete work orders and log repairs, parts used, and time through the CMMS system
• Perform lockout/tagout (LOTO)and follow all safety and environmental protocols
• Support robotic cells (Fanuc Robodrill & Gorbel Mill) and assist with sensor calibration
• Maintain and service plant utilities, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Assist with installation, rigging, and leveling of new machines or production equipment
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and leadership to enhance equipment performance and reliability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance on CNC equipment support
• Proficient with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Siemens control systems
• Skilled in troubleshooting 120V, 208V, and 480V (3-phase)circuits
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic diagrams
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of machine leveling, alignment, and geometric inspection
• Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork
• Ability to work overtime and respond to maintenance priorities as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or journeyman card preferred
