Salary Range: $127,000 - $177,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall strategic planning, operational execution, and business growth for the manufacturing facility.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L), develop and control budgets, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Oversee all manufacturing operations to optimize production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Proven track record in senior leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated P&L management responsibility and strong financial acumen.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Proven track record in new product introduction (NPI) from concept to market
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to international operations or supply chain
• Experience with M&A integration or divestitures
