Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming for automated manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, software, and hardware issues in industrial control systems.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control diagrams, and system documentation.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and optimization of new and existing production equipment.
• Ensure control systems comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel on automation systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Proficiency with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Experience with industrial robotics, vision systems, and motion control applications.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics, troubleshoot control systems, and perform root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, and commissioning of automated manufacturing systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) programming and integration.
• Proficiency in vision system setup and programming (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL) and industrial historians (e.g., OSI PI, Rockwell FactoryTalk Historian).
• Experience with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
