Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and water heaters. This is a year-round, full-time opportunity with consistent work throughout Michigan and Northern Ohio —no seasonal layoffs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems with a focus on safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction

• Supervise and train installation assistants and apprentices

• Interpret and apply mechanical plans, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites

• Ensure timely completion of projects while meeting high-quality standards

• Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members

• Participate in on-call or after-hours service as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation

• Strong knowledge of national and local mechanical codes

• Ability to work independently and provide leadership on-site

• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and a clean driving record

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours as needed

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
