Job Overview

As a server at Forest Lake, your primary responsibility is to create exceptional experiences for our members and guests. That means bringing knowledge, personality, and professionalism to every shift — whether you’re taking orders, recommending wine pairings, or assisting at a private event.

Servers work closely with kitchen and service teams to deliver polished, personalized dining, and are expected to uphold club standards for service, cleanliness, and hospitality.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Bring energy, warmth, and a smile to every shift
• Arrive on time and in proper uniform
• Know our lunch, dinner, and bar menus inside and out
• Deliver professional, friendly service to members and guests
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude
• Complete all opening, sidework, and closing duties
• Follow service sequence, food & beverage standards, and club protocols
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Assist with private events, banquets, and club functions
• Support the cleanliness and appearance of the club
• Take on other duties as assigned by management
