**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit of individuals at the location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents as required.
+ Communicate professionally with visitors, staff, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
+ Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following Allied Universal protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
