What you'll do:

Role of Financial Reporting & Analysis, Data Analyst, reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis. Will support Financial Data Analysis of the Veoneer Group. Will build reporting tools and models to support management in accurate and timely financial information.

• Build financial models to support reporting (EBITDA) and better understanding of financial data from ERPs and subsystems
• Provides analysis and metrics for Finance core processes and is responsible for knowledge of all systems to support at our operations locations.
• Position will provide critical accounting and analytical support for various processes as well as provide additional support to other functional areas to achieve results.
• Improvements in the use of IT systems in connection with local/corporate IT
• Provide meaningful data to support projects and initiatives to improve productivity, simplifying processes, and improve reporting
• Ability to develop digital solutions
• Build financial models to support analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement
• Collect, validate, interpret more complex data, and leads communication of more detailed technical information
• Prepare data for comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management
• Partner with finance business partners and group finance directors in support of finance and organizational goals and objectives.
• Proactive involvement to drive productivity and reduce costs
• Provide a variety of Ad-Hoc Reports and Analysis
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting, analysis, and planning processes

What you'll bring:

Technical Skills:

• 5-7 years of progressive experience and responsibility in financial roles

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent required

• Highly skilled in ERP systems, Excel, PowerBi and financial modeling

• HFM or OneStream experience
