Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 Year of Swing bed, acute and outpatient PT experience
• Michigan PT License is Required

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Tuesdays to Fridays 7:30 am - 6 pm OR Monday & Wednesdays 8 am - 4:30 pm, Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays 9:30 am - 6 pm
• On-call required, one Saturday per month
