HR Generalist
Status: Full-Time Salaried Exempt
Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 Who We Are

As an HR Generalist you will serve as a trusted advisor to assigned client accounts by providing strategic and day-to-day HR support. Responsibilities include:
- Advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and compliance matters
- Conducting workplace investigations and preparing documentation and recommendations
- Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
- Developing HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and SOPs
- Conducting HR audits and helping clients maintain compliance with employment laws
- Building strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
- Supporting organizational growth, coaching initiatives, and process improvements
- Traveling locally to client sites 2–4 days per week (no overnight travel required) to support onsite collaboration, meetings, and project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and OSHA
- Experience handling employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
