APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Benton Harbor, MI looking to add a Production Supervisor to their team. Keep reading for more details!

- 12-hour shifts – 7pm-7:15am with OT and on call required as needed
- Salary ranging from $75,000+ depending on experience

What your day will look like:
- Day to Day supervision of hourly employees
- Gain knowledge of all manufacturing processes and make suggestions for process improvements
- Monitor daily and weekly schedules to coordinate any OT and changeover schedules
- Assign work and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth production
- Document shift paperwork including scrap, production numbers, etc
- Perform evaluations for all hourly employees
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with automotive manufacturing preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and able to understand manufacturing processes
- Experience with managing payroll of employees and all corresponding shift documentation
