Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical malfunctions on production lines.
• Install, assemble, and commission new industrial equipment and systems.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Complete accurate maintenance logs and repair documentation.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical).
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.
• Vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and minor programming.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills for repair and modification tasks.
