Responsibilities- Connect with new and existing clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide support with account updates, reviews, and general service needs
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities in agency systems
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional solutions based on client needs
- Support retention and growth initiatives through proactive outreach
- Collaborate with team members to meet agency objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Prior experience in customer service, relationship management, or business development preferred
