Bookkeeper / Office Manager | Caledonia, MI
Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and maintain related records.
- Support month-end close procedures and assist with basic financial reporting.
- Oversee general office operations, including supply management and vendor relations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and various departments.
- Maintain accurate records for production orders, inventory, and shipping documentation.
- Assist with HR administration, onboarding, and employee record management.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in bookkeeping and office administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of office operations, including administrative support, vendor relations, and record-keeping.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP Business One).
- Understanding of inventory management and cost of goods sold (COGS) in a production environment.
- Familiarity with HR support functions, including onboarding and benefits administration for production staff.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel for financial modeling and production data analysis.
