• (including but not limited to) Efficiently aerate and seed lawns.
• Evaluate lawns and note any issues or concerns; diagnose and recommend services based on customer needs.
• Educate customers on best practices, products used, and results by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Drive assigned company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Safely operate ride-on machine and other assigned equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness and desire to learn about the lawn care industry.
• Can follow directions and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Be a self-starter who can also work and thrive in a team environment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including but not limited to; independently lifting and carrying 50lbs., walking, standing and bending for moderate periods of time.

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
