General Production Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our production line team. As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for assembling materials, operating machinery, inspecting parts before packaging, and preparing items for shipment. This role involves rotating through various positions on the line, offering a dynamic work experience.

• Assemble materials and operate production machinery.
• Inspect parts for quality assurance before packaging.
• Package items and prepare them for shipment.
• Rotate through different positions on the production line.
• Work collaboratively with other operators under supervision.

• Minimum 6 months of recent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience in visual inspection for quality control.
• Demonstrated job longevity, with at least 8 months at previous roles.

• Experience in mechanical or machine operating is a plus.

Opportunities are available on both the 2nd shift (2:30pm - 10:30pm) and 3rd shift (10:30pm - 6:30am), with potential for overtime and mandatory 12-hour shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, MI.

The pay range for this position is $17.05 - $17.05/hr.
