Join the Department of Neurology at Henry Ford Hospital

The Department of Neurology at Henry Ford Hospital is seeking a board-eligible or certified neurologist with additional UCNS-accredited fellowship training in headache to join our multidisciplinary team.

Our program, with three UCNS-certified headache specialists and one physician assistant, has over 30 years of experience in managing headache and migraine. We treat over 3,000 patients annually, including services like outpatient headache infusion, peripheral nerve blocks, and botulinum toxin injections. We collaborate with ENT, Pain, Neurosurgery, and other clinical teams for comprehensive patient care.

Henry Ford's Neuroscience Institute employs nearly 50 neurologists, including subspecialists in MS, stroke, epilepsy, neuromuscular, pediatrics, movement disorders, and behavioral neurology. It is one of the largest and most active in the Midwest, with extensive research involvement, including over $200 million in funding since 1996 and more than 700 clinical trials, with 180 ongoing for neurological diseases. Our focus is on translational research to expedite scientific discoveries from bench to bedside.

This position offers opportunities for teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, along with a potential tenure-track academic appointment through Wayne State University School of Medicine.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Completion of an ACGME/AOA-approved Neurology residency program.
2. Completion or current enrollment in a Headache Medicine fellowship program.
3. Board certification is preferred.
