Job Summary:

The Manufacturing and Field Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the manufacturing and field service segments at FTS Technologies. This role encompasses hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of FTS Technologies products as well as providing essential on-site support, maintenance, and repair at customer locations when required.

This role requires experience in a manufacturing environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Your day-to-day involvement will include electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, machining, fabrication, equipment testing, and equipment implementation. The role will grow to include travel opportunities, including times requiring overnight stays, to customer facilities as required for installation and service activities. Estimated travel 10%.

Pay/Benefits:

Wages up through $25.00/hr can be achieved with experience and length of tenure. Company-funded benefits such as paid vacation, sick leave, health insurance, dental and vision, and employee SEP IRA are included for full-time employees.

· Preferred: Experience with reading electrical and mechanical drawings

· Preferred: Experience with operating hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.

· Preferred: Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)

Experience/Requirements:

Previous experience: 2-5 years working for a manufacturing business (preferred)

Occasional travel will develop as experience grows (10%)

Occasional flexibility in work schedule
