Salary Range: $88,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Oversee timely and effective repair of equipment to minimize production downtime.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Utilize and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing Preventative and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management and asset tracking.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience implementing or optimizing Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience managing capital equipment installation or facility upgrade projects.
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS features, including reporting, analytics, and integration.
