Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and consultation to customers regarding product selection and application.
• Design, develop, and implement robust technical solutions tailored to manufacturing processes and customer specifications.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and validations at customer sites or internal facilities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues related to product performance and integration in manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to provide application feedback for product improvement and new development.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers and internal staff on product usage and best practices.
• Create detailed technical documentation, application notes, and reports for solutions and troubleshooting guides.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical background in manufacturing processes (e.g., automation, CNC, robotics, metrology).
• Proven ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software (e.g., CAD/CAM, simulation, PLC programming).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex manufacturing applications.
• Experience providing technical support, training, and demonstrations to clients.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, robotics, or IIoT systems.
• Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for automation, data analysis, or custom tool development.
• Prior experience in technical sales, pre-sales support, or developing customer training programs.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD) for product or process optimization.
