SEE Eyewear is addicted to uncovering hidden gems—and not just within our product assortment. We believe exceptional people create exceptional experiences, and we're committed to building a workplace where employees are supported, leaders are empowered, and our culture continues to thrive.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take on the recruiting function in our fast-moving, multi-state optical retail organization.
Position Summary

You will partner with our leaders to anticipate staffing needs and strive to bring in the highest caliber of talent needed to meet the needs of our fashion-forward, optical retail stores.
Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting - requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer approval routing, and onboarding handoff.
• Own and maintain requisitions, candidate pipelines, and offer letter approval workflows in ADP Workforce Now.
• Coordinate across sourcing channels — job boards, referral programs, local partnerships.
• Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, turnover by territory) to leadership and provide input on how to improve those metrics.
• Ensure hiring practices remain compliant with FLSA, EEOC, and applicable state employment law across SEE's multi-state footprint.
• This is a Monday through Friday in-person role at our offices in Southfield, MI with occasional work required outside of business hours to accommodate candidate schedules.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting a multi-location retail, healthcare, or field-based organization
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS/ATS platform; direct experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple locations and hiring managers simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of FLSA, EEOC, and multi-state employment compliance basics.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with staffing and headcount data.
• Excellent communication skills and the judgment to operate independently in a company without a dedicated HR department.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Who You Are
- You build strong relationships through trust and sound judgment.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- You can navigate difficult conversations with confidence and empathy.
- You're proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented.
- You enjoy partnering with leaders to create a positive and compliant workplace.
