Director of

Bishop Foley Catholic High School, a Catholic, co-educational high school in Madison Heights, Michigan, is seeking a Director of Admissions and Enrollment. This position plays a key leadership role in advancing the mission of BFC by developing and executing strategic enrollment initiatives.

The Director of Admissions and Enrollment serves as the face of the school to prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process while communicating the school’s Catholic identity, academic offerings, and community culture.

Qualifications:

• Committed to Catholic education and the core values of Bishop Foley Catholic High School
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in admissions, marketing, enrollment management, or a related field (preferably in Catholic or independent schools)
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with school leadership, faculty, parents, and community partners
• High level of initiative, organization, and attention to detail

Reporting:
The Director of Admissions and Enrollment reports to the Senior Director of Advancement and serves as a member of the Advancement Department at Bishop Foley Catholic High School.



Performance Responsibilities:

• Admissions & Recruitment
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment strategy to attract and retain students
  • Manage the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment, including communications, interviews, campus visits, entrance exams, and application review
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and families, Catholic elementary schools, parishes, and community organizations
  • Organize and lead admissions events such as Open House, Shadow Days, tours, and information nights
• Marketing & Communications:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design admissions materials and digital campaigns that reflect the school’s mission and values
  • Maintain and update admissions content on the school’s website and social media platforms
• Data & Reporting:
  • Utilize data to track inquiries, applications, yield, and enrollment trends
  • Prepare regular reports for the Director of Advancement on enrollment metrics and projections
