Production Associate

Hiring: Production Associates – Join a Growing Manufacturing Team!

Shift: 1st or 3rd shift, 12 hour shifts

Pay: $18/hr

Job Description:

• Use standard tools and measuring devices to verify product quality
• Wrap finished product onto reels in a clean, even, and consistent manner
• Operate basic hand tools and select power tools to cut conduit as it comes off the line
• Inspect packaging and labeling before products move to final quality checks
• Identify basic abnormalities and maintain a high standard of workmanship

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working around machinery
• Ability to use basic hand tools confidently
• Experience with manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, packaging, or general labor

Work Schedule & Environment:

• 12‑hour day or night shifts: 7:00 AM/PM – 7:00 AM/PM
• 2‑2‑3 schedule offering a three‑day weekend every other week
• Alternating weeks of 48 hours and 36 hours

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, WY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
