Dog Groomer – One-on-One Mobile Grooming | Calm, Flexible Workday Tired of the chaos of a busy salon? Work one-on-one and focus on what matters—quality grooming and calm, attentive care.
We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate dog groomer who takes pride in their work and values a quieter, more personalized approach. This role is designed for groomers who want to slow down, build trust with pets, and deliver a better overall experience.
What You’ll Do- Provide full-service grooming in a fully equipped mobile van at clients’ homes
- Work one-on-one with each dog in a calm, low-stress setting
- Perform bathing, haircuts, nail trims, and breed-specific or custom styles
- Adjust your approach based on each dog’s comfort and behavior
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and their pets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient mobile workspace
- Patient, attentive, and compassionate—especially with nervous or senior dogs
- Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality grooming
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Clear and professional communicator with clients
- Grooming experience preferred; strong mindset and work ethic are essential
- Cat grooming experience is a plus
- No high-volume salon environment—just one dog at a time
- A calmer, more controlled workday
