Project Manager II

salary: $110,000 - 135,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Financial Oversight: Manage project costs, including monthly forecasting, change orders, and subcontractor billing. Contract Management: Review and manage prime contracts and subcontracts to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. Safety & Quality: Collaborate with site superintendents to enforce site-specific safety plans and maintain rigorous quality control. Stakeholder Communication: Lead regular project meetings and provide transparent updates to our client's leadership and external partners. Procurement: Oversee the buyout process and ensure all materials and equipment are delivered according to the project timeline. qualifications:
