E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist – Camera Exchange (Waterford, MI)

Position: Full-Time

Camera Exchange is a specialty camera store in Waterford, MI, focused on buying, selling, and reselling quality photography equipment. From digital and film cameras to lenses and accessories, we serve photographers of all levels and pride ourselves on providing knowledgeable, expert service.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, and organized E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to support our growing online sales and in-store operations! This role involves a variety of tasks as needed - with a focus on data entry, inventory management, and other administrative duties. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys photography gear, online selling, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Core job duties include the following:
- Photograph and list items into our point of sale and online marketplaces
- Answering phones, emails, and marketplace messages regarding product questions
- Inputting customer information into our database, among other data-entry tasks
- Assist with in-store tasks as needed such as helping customers and doing daily chores
Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory management, online marketplaces, or reselling (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of cameras, lenses, and photo gear (strong plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, cameras, and software
- Reliable, punctual, and self-starting
