Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, test, and implement new tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by establishing manufacturing requirements and processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis of manufacturing defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure product manufacturability and resolve design-related production issues.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow charts, and BOMs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated experience with various manufacturing processes and equipment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production processes
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and analysis
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or additive manufacturing technologies
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for process optimization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and implementation (e.g., IIoT, digital twins)
