We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team! The right person will have experience selling, and must love working with people.

At Cole Automotive, we pride ourselves on the quality and effort of the work we do every day. While experience is desirable, you can’t put a price on work ethic and mindset. We are willing to give any candidate a chance as long as they have a winning attitude. This is not a temporary position. We’re looking for candidates ready to find their long term career. We’ll give you the training, and support to get there.

Benefits:

• $65,000 - $100,000+ Performance Based Potential Income! Excellent income! Seasoned auto sales earn 25%-35% commission based on selling 10-15 cars a month! Sell 10 cars for another 5% commission! Sell 15 cars for another 5% commission totaling 35%!
• New to auto sales earn $400/week + 12.5% commission training pay for 6 months!

Responsibilities:

• Help customers select and purchase the vehicle of their dreams! Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude with you every day!
• Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
• Explain product features and demonstrate performance on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Positively overcome customer objections
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers

Requirements:

• Top Performing Sales experience is preferred We train for success!
• An enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing 'people-person' that's self-motivated to succeed!
• Exceptional customer service skills!
• Good work ethic and computer skills
• Professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
