Service Advisor
Lighthouse Car Care Center in Hart, MI, now proudly operated by K&R Tire, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Hart, MI. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression in the front lobby
- Offer accurate oil change, tire quotes, and mechanical job estimates to customers
- Schedule appointments ensuring efficient workflow
- Answer incoming phone calls and input customer and vehicle information into our system
- Coordinate with the shop team to maintain smooth operations and timely service
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Chauffer's license with a medical card preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge (training provided for the right candidate)
- Comfortable using computers (training provided)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and use stairs multiple times daily
