Pay: $19–$28/hr (based on experience)

Winter On-Call Pay: $30-45/hr for Snow Removal

Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays during busy weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our team immediately for the fall season. This position involves leaf cleanups, debris removal, landscape maintenance, and end-of-season yard prep.

If interested, you’ll also have the opportunity to stay on-call this winter for snow plowing, salting, and shoveling services — and secure a full-time spot again in the spring.

Responsibilities

• Perform fall cleanups: leaf blowing, raking, vacuuming, and hauling debris

• Assist with light landscape work (mulching, planting, minor installs)

• Operate basic equipment (backpack blowers, mowers, trimmers, leaf vac, etc.)

• Work safely and efficiently outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Maintain a clean and professional work environment

• Optional: assist with snow removal during winter months (plowing, salting, sidewalks)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation to our shop or job sites

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Experience with landscaping or snow removal
