- Shape the Future of Ford's Digital Commerce: You'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how millions of customers interact with Ford through our payment platform, FordPay. What you'll do…
- Define and Drive the Product Roadmap: You'll own the strategic direction of key FordPay features, working closely with engineering, design, and business partners to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Champion User Needs and Market Trends: You'll conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather competitive insights to identify opportunities and prioritize features that resonate with our customers.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You'll partner with engineering, design, and operations teams to bring your product vision to life, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across the organization.
- Analyze and Optimize Product Performance: You'll use data-driven insights to continuously monitor and improve FordPay's performance, identifying areas for optimization and driving measurable results.
- Communicate and Evangelize the Product Vision: You'll effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
You'll have…
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field is essential.
- 6+ Years of Product Management Experience: Proven experience (6+ years) in product management, specifically within e-commerce, payments, or fintech. This experience should include defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and launching new features.
- Experience with Agile Development Methodologies: Solid understanding of and experience working within Agile development environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile).
- Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience with Payment Orchestration Platforms: Experience working with payment orchestration platforms, payment gateways, or other payment processing technologies.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry: Familiarity with the automotive industry or subscription-based services.
- Experience with User Research and Testing: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform product decisions.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
